Refund Policy
ALL SALES ARE FINAL
Due to the nature of our business, which involves upfront costs, securing vendor commitments, dedicated planning time, and non-recoverable expenses to prepare for your event, all payments made to Events Villa for services, including but not limited to deposits, retainers, and installment payments, are strictly non-refundable.
2. NO REFUND FOR CANCELLATION BY CLIENT
If a client cancels a confirmed booking or service agreement for any reason:
The client forfeits any and all payments (deposit, installments, etc.) made up to the date of written cancellation.
Events Villa will provide no refund as compensation for the time, administrative costs, lost business opportunity, and non-refundable commitments made to third-party vendors (e.g., venues, caterers, performers) on the client’s behalf.
