ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Due to the nature of our business, which involves upfront costs, securing vendor commitments, dedicated planning time, and non-recoverable expenses to prepare for your event, all payments made to Events Villa for services, including but not limited to deposits, retainers, and installment payments, are strictly non-refundable.

2. NO REFUND FOR CANCELLATION BY CLIENT

If a client cancels a confirmed booking or service agreement for any reason:

• The client forfeits any and all payments (deposit, installments, etc.) made up to the date of written cancellation.

• Events Villa will provide no refund as compensation for the time, administrative costs, lost business opportunity, and non-refundable commitments made to third-party vendors (e.g., venues, caterers, performers) on the client’s behalf.

• Cancellation must be submitted in writing to eventsvillaa@gmail.com.
