3. Booking and Payment

• Quotations: All service quotations are valid for the period specified therein and are subject to final confirmation upon receiving a booking deposit.

• Deposit: A non-refundable advance deposit is required to confirm and secure any booking for our services. The exact amount will be specified in the service agreement.

• Final Payment: The outstanding balance must be paid in full by the date specified in the service agreement, typically prior to the commencement of the event. Failure to make timely payments may result in the cancellation of the services without refund of any deposits paid.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

• Client Cancellation: All advance deposits are non-refundable. If the client cancels the service after the deposit has been paid, the deposit will be forfeited. If cancellation occurs after a partial or full service fee has been paid, the client may be liable for additional cancellation charges based on costs already incurred and potential lost business, as detailed in the service agreement.

• Events Villa Cancellation: In the unlikely event that Events Villa must cancel the services due to unforeseen circumstances or reasons beyond our control, we will offer to reschedule the service or provide a full refund of all payments made by the client.

5. Intellectual Property
